This webinar examines Inland Revenue’s latest draft guidance on the two-year bright-line test, including:
- When the carve outs for farmland and business premises apply

- When rollover relief applies.
This webinar also considers when the RLWT rules apply, including how to determine whether a landowner is an offshore person when the property is owned by a trust.
