Phillip Green is a barrister, practicing solely as a mediator and chartered arbitrator He is a co-author of Mediation: Principles, Process, Practice (2009) and Mediation: Skills and Strategies published by LexisNexis in 2015. He is Founding President and a Fellow of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand. From 2009 to 2012 he was Adjunct Professor to the Dispute Resolution Centre at Massey University. He has lectured on mediation skills in New Zealand, Australia and the USA. He is Patron of MAADRO, the Maori Mediators’ Association
